Specifically designed to meet the needs of butcher’s shop, hotels and restaurants, the meat mincer TCS12 model complies with the accident prevention and workplace health and safety rules. The machine is fitted with a silent helical steel gearbox lubricated in oil-bath and made of a special aluminium alloy.
TCS12 model has housing, hopper, meat tray and grinding unit made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The hopper and the grinding unit can be easily removed from the machine body for an accurate and simple cleaning.
Supplied with fan-cooled motor.
