The electric oven is made of stainless steel and prepainted steel and it is equipped with:
• Cooking surface in refractory stones
• 3 Sheathed heating elements ond the top and 3 on the bottom of the cooking chamber.
• Removable glass door for a better cleaning.
• Internal lighting.
• Rock wool insulation.
The design is enriched by a little hood, which make the oven elegant. The standard power supply is 400 Volt three-phases + neutral. Special Voltages are available on request.
