ISCHIA is a very high performing oven, assuring the best cooking, owing to the use of first choice materials, to the dome and the one-piece cooktop, the latter having a width of 80 mm. ISCHIA offers the possibility to set up the oven in order to meet any requirement, in terms of capacity and cooking system. The oven is available in five versions, with width 115, 135, 150, 180 and 200 cm for the simultaneous cooking of 3, 5, 6, 9 or 12 pizzas. The cooktop can be fixed or rotating with a wood, gas or combined cooking system.
