The ADVANCE electric ovens have an operating system using push buttons and “scrolling” controls for the flexibility of digital and manual operations. They offer five different cooking methods: steam, low temperature steaming, regeneration, combined and convection (up to 572 ºF).
The cooking steam comes from fresh, pure water and is produced in a generator outside the chamber guaranteeing food safety. Fan comes with variable speeds for optimal air-flow.
Advance combis are also equipped with a multi-sensor temperature probe as standard and a retractable shower, accessible from the control holder. The required voltage for the Advance electric ovens is 208-240V /3 Ph/ 60Hz.
